It’s in a great location. The hotel itself is beautiful and well cared for. We love Ritz Carlton because of the service. No matter where you are in the hotel, every employee is warm, accommodating, and friendly. I want to give special thanks to our server at breakfast who went out of her way to make sure my daughter was happy. My daughter has special needs and requested things that were not on the menu. Our server went all the way down to housekeeping to find a box of cereal. She was so kind and it made our breakfast much more peaceful and satisfying.

The breakfast is excellent. There are many restaurant choices available within walking distance, inside the mall adjacent to the hotel as well as outside. Guests who want to shop have two choices, since there is another mall within walking distance. Don't want to walk? The hotel runs a free shuttle to the other mall. The Spa at the hotel is great.

The room's comfort and cleanliness were good. In-room dining was amazing; everything tasted great. Staff managed to get our needs in a fair amount of time, and I thank them for that.

Everyone is very accommodating! The amount of champagne I was offered complementary throughout my stay was insane but oh so welcomed. We are here for a little staycation/hubby’s birthday and they left something special for us in our room to enjoy together! That was such a nice little touch! Thank you for taking care of us! We also had the best spa service ever and the hotel has its own access to the Galleria!

Pleasant stay for one night, hotel staff was more than gracious it being the holidays. Hotel provided free little tid bits for guests to pick up, cookies, wine, cider and such. Room was big, bright, sunlit and spacious! Housekeeping provided all the extra amenities I asked for and concierge was so helpful and friendly! All in all a great stay for a first RC experience!

We didn’t eat at the hotel, but had a few drink and desserts at the bar and it was great. The shuttle was great bonus Alfred happened to be our driver all the time and he was awesome, first rate as was all the other staff throughout the hotel.
